2)c) There were loose cords in licensed areas accessible to children. This included a USB cord near the desk in the play room, the cord for the sound bar in the living room, cords for the hair appliances in an unsecured drawer in the bathroom, and a cord to the smaller RV in the outdoor space. 5)a) The power outlet for the larger RV in the back of the outdoor licensed space had a cover that was not secured to prevent child access.
